Progressive Compliance

Our Progressive Compliance utilizes weekly inspections, informal notes and direct communication. Compliance generally will improve dramatically without the legal fees to the association or conflict. We still have the option of utilize letters from legal counsel, and fines, if able through the covenants, when necessary.

 

No lockbox fee

We have an in-house check scanner connected directly to the bank. We will provide a free lockbox services and for HOA's we have a check scanner in the office for quicker processing.


 

No Fees for ARB reports

Elite Property Management does not charge for ARB reports and processes them in one to two days.

At Elite Property Management, we want to be different. We want to build a personal relationship with your association and members and have an understanding of your needs. Even though it can be challenging, I make my personal cell phone number available to everyone, including the owners.

Board and Home Owner Service

  • Timely and open communication with Board Members and Owners.

  • Maintain and repair Association property.

  • Handle all aspects of the financial operations, including monthly financial reporting , annual budget creation, and capital expenditures.
  • Coordinate with association’s CPA.
  • Delinquency follow-up and coordination with Association’s Legal council.
  • Assist in analyzing long-term reserve needs.
Federal and State Law compliance
  • Monitor association’s compliance with all laws.
